“ I had a very bad experience at Toyota of Smithtown 5/19/26 financing process was extremely misleading and frustrating. We were quoted one price when we walked in but by the time everything was finished, the numbers had changed dramatically the finance manager, John pressure doesn’t into putting less money down which caused the interest charges in total amount finance to become much higher than expected important details about how much interest would be added to the total cost were not clearly explained. I left feeling deceived and taken advantage of I also contacted Toyota to motor corporation and felt that nothing was done to address the situation. Buyer should review every single number carefully before signing anything and do not let anyone pressure you into changing your financial decisions Richard O’Connor customer 5/19/26. Instead of just fixing her brakes, the staff kept her at the dealership for five hours without offering her food or water. The staff reviewed her 2018 RAV4 title and insurance, which still bore my late father's name, and used her lapsed registration to create anxiety. They then locked her into a lease for a base-model 2026 Corolla capitalized at $32,288, which is nearly $8,000 over MSRP. Finally, they extracted an additional $1,700 in cash from her at signing.
