My husband and I move to long island recently and decided to purchase two Toyotas for transportation. Richard is very professional and helped us in every aspect about our purchasing at Toyota Smithtown. He made the whole process go smoothly, including but not limited to helping us to get plates, loans, insurance, etc. For example, when I wanted to add a reversing sonar system to my car, he found the color of the system is black, while my new car is white, so when I got my car, the sonar system on back of the car had been painted white already! My wife and I recently bought/leased our eleventh and twelfth Toyotas from Smithtown Toyota. Suffice it to say they have been treating us well for us to keep returning to them for our new cars. These are the sixth Toyotas we purchased from our salesman, Paul Varandas, and we're supported during the process by business manager, Stacy Meehan. They have always treated us well, never exerted pressure on us in any way. We have always done our homework before going in to the showroom, so we know what a good deal looks like. And we have always been able able to get the price we wanted without constant haggling. Needless to say we have found Toyota cars to be excellent ones, but we can add that Smithtown is an excellent dealer for us.

Bob at Smithtown Toyota was great. Only issue I had was cancelling the extended warranty, but after some awkward back and forth with the finance manager it was taken care of. Overall, happy and would recommend.

I got the Rolls Royce treatment at a Toyota dealership. Originally referred by AAA, I returned in 2015 at the end of my lease to explore new options. I was greeted and remembered by Lou Bilous, the same salesperson who worked with me in 2012, and treated with utmost tact, respect, and professionalism by everyone from the woman I spoke to on the phone to make an appointment, to the financial manager who set the terms of my new lease. I felt no pressure from anyone at any time, and was taken seriously in my individual needs. They were also kind, courteous, and professional with my wife and son, when I returned to test-drive and make sure they were comfortable in the car I chose. I am a devout comparison shopper, and whenever I am in the market for a new car, I compare multiple dealerships and brands. After doing so this time, I must wholeheartedly recommend Smithtown Toyota to anyone looking to buy or lease an automobile. It is truly a big step above the rest.

I know that Toyota would not go under or care if I switched to another product after a horrendous experience at another dealership before I found Smithtown Toyota but their entire staff made me feel like they would care personally and treated us like royalty. that being the only reason why I will stay with Toyota vehicles for my family.
From the second I walked in and met with Aman Singh I knew I was in for a totally new pleasant experience. His knowledge of product,patience and less than pushy approach made me feel comfortable. Aman made himself available anytime we called and was always responsive. Truly a class act.
Then I met Jeff Bratisax in finance. His honesty and advice of how to spend or not spend unnecessarily yet still have the protection and options I wanted is very commendable. The entire dealership keeps a very light hearted, professional atmosphere.
